Welcome to Verbeja — a Catalan verb conjugation reference and practice app. By using Verbeja, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Verbeja is

Verbeja is a language-learning tool designed to help you study and practise Catalan verb conjugations. It is not a certified educational service and does not replace formal language instruction.

2. One-time purchase

Verbeja Full Access is available as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Full Access is yours permanently — there is no subscription or recurring charge
• Purchases can be restored at any time using the Restore Purchase option in the app
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not store or process payment details directly
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store policies

3. Availability and changes

Verbeja is an evolving product. Features may change, improve, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, interruption, or issues arising from the use of Verbeja. The app is provided "as is". Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Verbeja from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• This agreement is between you and Verbeja, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Verbeja. Contact support@getmoti.app for assistance.
• Apple provides no warranty for Verbeja. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you.
